Event details

The O’pen Skiff boats used for the event will be provided by the Organising Authority and are included in the entry fee.

A €200.00 cash damage deposit per participant is required upon delivery of the boat. The deposit will be refunded at the end of the event, subject to inspection of the boat and the equipment provided.

Teams requiring a RIB for their coach may request the service directly from the Club Office.

All shore-based activities, team reception and event-related services will take place at the Società Canottieri Ichnusa, Calata dei Trinitari 14, Cagliari.

The designated airport for the event is Cagliari Elmas – Cagliari Airport (CAG).

Participants may reach the Club by taxi or rental car.

During the regatta days, an event shuttle service will be available, providing transfers between the designated partner hotels and the Club, both to and from the venue.

The shuttle service will also be available for scheduled transfers included in the event programme, including social activities and the official dinner, according to the event schedule.

The Organising Authority will arrange accommodation for the teams in designated partner hotels.

Accommodation will be provided in shared rooms, subject to hotel availability and the organisational requirements of the event.

In order to avoid accommodating minors in single rooms and to ensure a consistent management of the accommodation arrangements, room allocations may be arranged without distinction of nationality, taking into account the organisational requirements and the composition of the teams.

The event will take place in the waters off Su Siccu, with the Società Canottieri Ichnusa serving as the event base.
